Dr. Maha Gabarin completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science and Psychology. After completing her psychology degree in Toronto, Dr. Gabarin received her Doctor of Optometry degree from New England College of Optometry. Following graduation, she initially practiced in New York State and has been practicing optometry in Toronto since 1998. Dr. Gabarin has been proudly serving the Lawrence Park community for over 15 years.
Working closely with ophthalmologists in the Greater Toronto Area, Dr. Gabarin was involved in the diagnosing and management of ocular diseases, including glaucoma, age related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. She was previously an associate at Herzig Eye Institute working alongside corneal surgeons in the co-management of refractive surgery.
